Arthur H. Stamp, age 72, of Bath, NY, died Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.
He was born in Ithaca, NY, September 29, 1941 the son of the late Joseph H. and Marie I. (Carpenter) Stamp.
Mr. Stamp was retired from Mercury Aircraft in Hammondsport, NY after 42 years of service.
He was an Army veteran and a member of the Bath Congregation of Jehovah's Witness.
He is survived by his wife Shirley (Gardiner) Stamp of Bath; daughters Babette Zado of Virginia Beach, VA and Brandi Smith of Trumansburg, NY; step daughters, Renee Miller of Avoca, NY and Robin Eisele of Washington Township, NJ, step son Troy Galligan of Macena, NY, brother Walter L. Stamp of Dalton, NY and grandchildren, Anthony Smith of Oswego, NY, Richard Zado
and Joseph Zado both of Virginia Beach, VA, Samantha Miller of Avoca, NY, Rachel Pierson and Tammy Miller both of Bath, NY, Peter Miller Jr. of Wallace, NY, Kayla Miles of Mount Holly Springs, PA, Brittany Eisele and Chris Eisele both of Washington Township, NJ, Danielle Decker of Tompkins Lakes, NJ and Alexis Galligan of Macena, NY.
