Carol J. Paulson

Carol J. Paulson, age 70, of Bath, NY died April 8, 2014 in Myrtle Beach, SC with her family by her side.
She was born in Syracuse, NY, June 20, 1943, the daughter of Stanley E. and Virginia Mae (Keil) Simmons. Carol was a Tutor and Literacy Volunteer working with veterans in the Bath area and at the Bath VAMC.
She was a loving mother, and enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.
She is survived by her son, Clinton Paulson of Spencerport, NY, daughter, Laura (Sean) Fay of Myrtle Beach, SC, three grandchildren, sister, Lou Nutting of Homer, NY, traveling companion
and friend, James Gay of Bath, NY, best friend Sherry Stratton and her family, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Frederick Paulson on July 22, 1997.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, April 14, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 15th at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Reverend Barre Butts officiating.
Burial and graveside services will follow in Nondaga Cemetery, Bath.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Carol's name may be made to the American Heart Association, www.donate.heart.org .
