Carole Ann Humphrey

Carole was born in Mineola, NY to John J. Wicks Jr. and Edna Becker Wicks.
She was a graduate of
Prattsburgh Central School and Highland Hospital School of Nursing.
She spent most of the 42 years of her nursing career as an operating nurse.
She was an active member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses.
She was an active member of Centenary United Methodist Church.
Carole is survived by her children, Eric Humphrey of Prattsburgh, NY and Kelly Rell of Plymouth Meeting, PA; 5 grandchildren, Bradley, Joshua, Matthew, Jordan and Nathaniel, great grandson Dylan, her brother John J. Wicks III, her sister Edna Choffin, brother-in-law, Arthur Choffin and sister-in-law, Anne Heyer.
She is predeceased by her parents, sister Diane and son-in-law Robert.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at
2:00 pm at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bath, followed by a reception in the fellowship hall.
