He is survived by his lifelong partner Julie Rust of Bath; two daughters, Brandy (Keenan) Lavine of TN and
Victoria Rust of Bath, NY, his son Burten Rust of Bath, NY and step son, Damien Hess of Henrietta, NY his father Victor Howell of Friendship, NY and three grandchildren, Jaden, Madelyn and Ryddic
Rust.
Friends may call on Saturday May 19th from 4:00-5:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral
Home, 31 West Morris St., Bath, NY. Funeral services will follow on Saturday at 5:00 pm at the funeral home with Reverend John Hann officiating.
