David Lewis Zawrotny, age 73, of Lake Villa, IL died October 10, 2021 at home.
He was born in Bath, NY, October 11, 1947, the son of Joseph and Reba (Clark) Zawrotny.
David was a US Navy Veteran of Vietnam.
He earned his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. David worked as a Training Coordinator at the Allendale School in Lake Villa, IL until his retirement. He enjoyed being in the PM&L Theatre group in Antioch,IL as a set designer with some collaboration, and builder. He is survived by his sister Linda (Douglas) Zawrotny Pratt; nephews, Chad Smalt and John (Cathy) Bell, niece Sarah Squire and great niece and nephew, Penny and Isaac and brother-in-law, Richard Bell. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Donna Bell. There will be a military graveside service on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Bath National Cemetery.
