Dennis 'Denny' Coots

Dennis (Denny) Coots, 65 of Bath, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family March 18, 2021.
Dennis was born in Clarkson, NY Sept. 25th 1955.
Dennis served in the United States Army in the 57th Airborne Infantry and worked as a self-employed carpenter until 1988. He later attended Corning Community College and obtained his Associates Degree in Cad Cam drafting.
He went to work for Digi-torgue & Mercury Aircraft helping draw up different tools & dies, then started his own business, Dennis Coots Drafting where he worked from home drafting blueprints for individuals, local contractors, and Homes By Sheri for the past 15 years with David Iocco, and George Melita in his most recent years.
He loved riding his Harley with his family & friends, fun Fridays at his house, and watching his cows grow in the summertime.
His family was his life.
Denny is survived by his Mother Pauline Coots, brothers, Joe (Kathy) Coots, and Steve (Kathy) Coots, sister in Law Paula Coots as well as the mother of his children, Delores Coots, his three children, Jennifer (Bill) Davis, Sabrina (Christopher) Elliott and Allen (Samantha) Coots.
His 7 grandchildren, Dylan Davis, Gabrielle Davis, Braxtyn Elliott, Christopher (Deuce) Elliott II, Lola Coots, Darby Coots and Karson Tobias.
He is pre-deceased by his father Calvin (Curt) Coots, Step-Mother Helen Coots, and his Oldest Brother Calvin (Skip) Coots.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation at Fagan's Funeral Home on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 9:00 am-1:00 pm followed by a memorial service and military honors at 1:00 pm.
