Edward J. Miller, age 74, of Savona, NY died Saturday, November 4, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Corning, NY the son of the late Leo W. and Virginia M. (Drehmer) Miller.
Ed had worked for many local companies and retired from Corning Inc.
He was a past member of the Savona Rod and Gun Club and a member of
the Campbell American Legion.
Ed was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially at their cabin in the woods.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Dianne (Rawleigh) Miller, who he married on July 13, 1965; his children, Peter J. (Donna) Miller, Janis I. (Andy) Messick both of NC and Donna M. (Daniel Sr.) Heinrich of PA; six grandchildren, Rachael Wilson (Sam), Jake Wilson (Starlit), Daniel Heinrich Jr., James Heinrich, Tiara Heinrich
and Jillian Wilson; sisters, Joan (Sonny) Davis and Betty (Bob) Blaskowicz; brothers, Karl (Carol) Miller and Maurice (Marge) Miller and many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his sister Sharon Tunning.
