Harold H. 'Bud' Johnson Iii

Harold "Bud" H. Johnson III, age 70, of Batavia, NY died Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.
He was born in Bath, NY, August 8, 1944, the son of Leah (Mattoon) Johnson Major.
Bud retired from UPS after 27 years of service .
He was an avid sportsman and especially enjoyed golfing , watching Duke and NASCAR.
He loved spending time with his family and cheering for his grandchildren at sporting events.
Bud was an avid camper and loved vacationing at Walt Disney World.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Patti (Ellis) Johnson, four daughters, Jackie Johnson (Ruth Gierisch), Julie (Ed) Chinn, Stephani (Fred) Hamilton and Trisha (Kevin) Hamilton, daughter-in-law, Jamie Johnson; grandchildren, Samantha, Meredith and Noelle Johnson and Connor, Kennedy, Ryan,
Cooper and Landon Hamilton, mother-in-law, Janice McCarthy and Aunt Ann Mattoon; brothers, Donald (Georgene) Johnson and James (Mary Ellen) Johnson; sisters, Patti (Willi) Hopkins and Barbara Rice; sisters-in-law, Mary (Bill) Condon, Theresa Bevacqua, Sylvia (Calvin) Ellis and Margy (Chris) Cadden and brother-in-law, Joseph (Michelle) McCarthy and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother and step father Howard "Red" Major and son Jeffrey Johnson.
Family and friends are invited to call at Fagan's Funeral Home, 31 W. Morris St., Bath, NY Sunday , July 26th from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 27th at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Sis Conrad-Randall officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his name, may be made to a charity of one's choice.
