Helen S. Dildine

Helen Spas Dildine passed away 12/10/2023 in Fairport NY, one day after her oldest daughter Lois died. She is survived by her daughter Judy (Gordon) Geisbuesch and granddaughter Natalie (fiancé Chizoba Onwubuche) Geisbuesch, all of Fairport, son in law David George in Alabama, and many nieces and nephews. Helen was one of 11 children, all predeceasing her except sister Frances Fitzwater (passed February 2024.)
Helen was born in Bradford, NY to the late Andrew and Anna (Zmuda) Spas. She was married for nearly 40 years to Walter J. Dildine who passed in 1989. She worked for 10 years as a telephone operator for the NY Telephone Co., and was a beloved monitor at the Haverling High School cafeteria for 20 years. Helen was a proud member of the Presbyterian church and a 40 year member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
