Hildegard P. Osburn, 88, of Campbell, NY died Monday, June 17, 2013 at home.
She was born October 8, 1924 in St. Leo, Florida the daughter of Charles and Emma Gude Petters.
Mrs. Osburn was retired from Culligan Water in Corning after 29 years of service.
She was a member of the Campbell United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother always taking care of her family on their farm in Campbell.
She is survived by four children; Emmanuel 'Jack' (Sherry) Osburn of Campbell, NY, Charles W.(Jane) Osburn of Bradford, NY, William J.(Kathie) Osburn of Campbell, NY and Veronica O.(David) Seeley of Campbell, NY, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and sisters, Leona (Al) Bircher of Harrisburg, PA and Ruth Stewart of Herando, FL.
She was predeceased by husband Emmanuel Osburn in 1982, sisters, Magdalen Coverly and Anna Clark and brothers Ernest, Raymond and Clement Petters.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Care First 11751 East Corning Road, Corning, NY 14830.
