Wellsburg, NY / Jeffrey Richard Hellem age 39 Formally of Elmira N.Y. , passed away suddenly in the wee hours of April 16, 2015 at his home in Wellsburg, N.Y. Cause of death was Coronary Artery Disease. He was born June 22, 1975 in Elmira N.Y., He is Survived by his Mother Sharon E.(Towner) Hellem,, his sister Christina Lynn (Hellem) Howard and his sister Darlene Marie(Hellem ) Langeland and Robert Langeland (brother in law) their children Desheray , Danielle, Alex, Heidi and Andrew.
