Jodi Lynn Bigelow, age 48, of Bath, NY died Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in the town of Urbana, NY, February 13, 1970, the daughter of Peter P. and Nancy (Fries) Watson.
Jodi was a big supporter of the Bath Relay for Life and attended every year with her family and long time friend Evelyn Hall.
She loved her family and especially loved spending time with them. Her love for her family, friends and perhaps her greatest achievement, her son, gave her strength and courage during her 18 year battle with cancer.
She is survived by her son, Cory Bigelow (Rissa Tyler); her parents, Peter and Nancy Watson; sisters, Wendy (Mark) Sherwood and Kelli (Jamie) Bigelow; nieces, Tanner and Lawson Bigelow and Leann (Russ) Becker, nephew, Craig Sherwood (Elyse Raun) and great nephews, Caden and Nate Becker, father and mother-in-law, Howard and Diane Bigelow, her best friend Sheri Weldy and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath on Saturday August 4, 2018 from 11:00-12:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 pm.
A graveside service will follow at Wheeler Cemetery.
