John M. Lawrence, age 44, of Avoca, NY, died Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital of Rochester, NY.
He was born December 4, 1972 in Hornell, NY.
John had worked for Mercury Aircraft and Monroe Muffler.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his granddaughter.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved playing golf.
He is survived by his wife Brenda (Rider) Lawrence; daughters, Brittany Lawrence and Brandi Lawrence, granddaughter Cam Lee Ann Lawrence, adopted sons, Dustin Andrews and Chad Casher mother Carol Fairbrother, brother Joseph Lawrence, step-brother, John (Kim) Fairbrother Jr.; sisters, Jessica Lawrence and Jennifer Cole; step-sisters, Margaret Fairbrother and
Mary Doctor; sisters-in-law, Ila (DJ) Campbell and Angela Rider; aunts, Jodi Andrus and Karen Porter along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
