Judith A. Cagle, age 71, of Savona, NY passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015 after a courageous battle with leukemia.
She was born in the town of Urbana the daughter of George and Orah (Hargrave) Stopka.
Judy married Billy G. Cagle Sr. on February 17, 1979 and he predeceased her in 2005 after 26 years of marriage. She retired from Philips Lighting in Bath after almost 40 years. She was a member of the Bradford Baptist Church. She loved to listen to Elvis music and watch Dale Earnhart Jr. race NASCAR.
She enjoyed sewing and cooking.
Most important to her was her family.
She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her son Billy J. Cagle of Monterey, NY, daughter Tracey J. (Mardi) Cagle Seager of Avoca, NY; grandchildren, Heather (Chris) Tuttle of Bradford, Jonathon (Alexx) Snyder of Bath, Anthony (Megan) Cagle of Bath, Angelina Cagle of Montour, Kristina (John) Christman of Bath, Sheri Clark (Todd Hilton) of Bath, Brandon (Destiny) Matthews of Tyrone, Gabriel Crane; great grandchildren, Christopher, Lyann, Chayse, Brogan, Zophia, Elizabeth, Cailyn, Dagan, Amanda, Alexis, Kyle, Ashton, Madison, Alicia, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Austin, Autumn and Codey, two great grandchildren, Andrew and Kinzley, brother, Eldred (Ruth) Stopka of Savona; two sisters, Ramona (Willie) Burlew of Savona and Darlene Chase of Bath and several nieces and nephews.
Also survived by special cousins Kay Tyler and Evie Wilcox, five step children, 15 step grandchildren and 18 step great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband "Wild" Billy G. Cagle Sr., her parents and one sister Phyllis Stopka, one step son and one step grandson.
Family and friends are invited to Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath on Thursday October 22nd from 4:00-6:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 6:00 pm with Reverend Chris Durham officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Judy's name may be made to the Bath-Hammondsport Relay for Life, PO Box 274, Big Flats, NY 14814.
