Julie Anne Francisco, born on October 13, 1958, in Lyons, New York, the daughter of the late Esther Noody (Tavano) and James G. Noody, passed away on April 11, 2026, in Corning, New York, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and quiet strength.

Julie was a woman whose life was defined by her devotion to family and by the many simple, meaningful ways she touched the lives of those around her.

She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Payne, Heather Miller, and Erika Noody. She also had her beloved grandchildren, Joseph Payne Jr., Eric Payne, Trinity Fraser, Giovanni Brown, and Anthony Radka, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Julie was preceded in death by her daughter, Jacqulyn Francisco, whose memory remained close to her always. She is also survived by her brother, James M. Noody, and her sister, Janice Noody. The bonds she shared with her family were deep and enduring, and her love for them will continue to be felt in the lives they carry forward.

Julie spent part of her working life in customer service at K-Mart in Bath, New York, where she was known for her helpful nature and her willingness to assist others.

Outside of work, Julie had a deep appreciation for the arts and especially loved to paint. Creativity brought her joy and offered her a way to express herself with beauty and imagination. Making her a shining example for her daughters. Her interests also included ghosts and unexplained science, subjects that reflected her curiosity and her fascination with the mysteries of the world. Her passing leaves a profound emptiness in the hearts of her loved ones, but her memory will remain a source of comfort and strength. The love she gave, the stories she shared, and the example she set through her life will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Julie Anne Francisco will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
