Keith Alan Gustin

April 8, 1952 — December 11, 2021

Keith Alan Gustin, 69, of Hammondsport NY left his body on December 10th at his home in the arms of his beloved wife of 45 years, Bonnie Beckman Gustin.
Keith was born in Elmira NY to Wayne Harold Gustin and Christine Ethel Kimber on April 8, 1952. He
went to high school in Elmira and graduated from Southside in 1970. Keith went on to earn a degree in Data Processing from Alfred State College and became an IT Professional for 35 years.
Keith was a loving husband and devoted father and Poppy. Throughout the years, Keith could be found chauffeuring his children anywhere and everywhere, cheering them on at the soccer or softball field, and teaching them to golf, sail, fish, construct, dance, camp, and live life with joy, humor and love.
When he retired, Keith continued to pursue his many passions including oil painting, sailing, building, drumming, photography, traveling the country with Bon, and enjoying endless days of lake life on Keuka.
Keith is survived by his wife, Bonnie, daughters Laura Gustin (Troy Stackler), Brittney Gustin, son Reid Gustin (Susie Dohmlo Gustin), twin brother Ken Gustin, sister Carol Torrence (Terry), Grandchildren Ilona Teller, and Layla, Duke and Zayn Gustin, and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Steven Earl Gustin and his parents Wayne and Christine (Hubby).
A celebration of Keith's life will be held in 2022 when the weather is warm.
