It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Lorraine Lynn Tillotson (Rainey), age 46 of Campbell, NY, on Wednesday April 9, 2025. She was born on August 31, 1978, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, the daughter of Linda Paugh and the late David L. Tillotson.
Lorraine was a loving, free spirited, sister, daughter and friend, she spent many years working at Family Dollar in Corning, and P & C Markets in Elmira Heights.
Lorraine is survived by her mother and stepfather, Linda and Jeffrey Paugh of Elmira Heights, brother David R. Tillotson of Watkins Glen, NY, stepbrother Jeffrey Twist and stepsister April Zyla, several aunts, uncles, cousins and a very large group of friends.
Arrangements will be provided by Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath, NY. A Celebration of Lorraine's Life will be announced at a later time. Fly High Our Sister- We Love and Miss You.
