Lyle R. Bastian

Lyle Raymond Bastian, age 73, of Ithaca, NY died Monday, March 23, 2020 at the Bath VAMC.
Mr. Bastian was a US Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam Era and a recipient of a Purple Heart.
He was born in Montour Falls, NY on April 18, 1946 the son of Lyle M. and Irene (Bourdon)
Bastian.
He is survived by his beloved son and daughter-in-law, Patrick (Gina) Bastian of Ithaca, NY, his daughter, Mari Cormier of Texas, his sister, Shirley Bastian of Montour Falls and his grand boys, Wade and Wyatt Bastian and Alex Casey.
He loved fishing with his boys and Yankee baseball. Burial of his ashes will be in the Bath National Cemetery and services with military honors will be held at a later date.
