Marguerite S. Wilson

September 4, 1913 — December 16, 2013

Marguerite S. Wilson, age 100, formerly of Cameron Mills, NY died December 16, 2013 at the Cayuga Ridge Nursing Home in Ithaca, NY.
She was born in Fort Meade, Florida September 4, 1913, the daughter of Kent L. and Elsie A. (Bruce) Scudder. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Risingville United Methodist Church. She had served 20 years as the Town of Thurston Historian and had worked on the Steuben County Cemetery Census under the Steuben County Historian.
She also worked for the election board.
She is survived by two sons; Arden B. (Judy) Wilson of Tioga, PA and David J.(Betty) Wilson of Campbell, NY, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband John J. Wilson, daughter, Virginia Freeman; two sisters, Marian Ramsay and Mildred Scudder, brother Bruce Scudder, half brother, John Scudder and half sister, Doris Morton
Friends and family are invited to call Today, December 18, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath.
A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 19th at 10:00 am at Fairview Cemetery, Towlesville, NY.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Risingville Methodist Church.
