Marlene Marie Ehmer

Marlene Marie Drehmer, age 75, passed into eternal life on May 1, 2025, after a lengthy illness. She was born March 9, 1950, to the late Earl E. and Helen M. French.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Kenneth William Drehmer; one beloved son, Matthew W. Drehmer and two grandsons, Matthew C. Drehmer and Joseph L. Drehmer; three siblings, Eugene E. French, Diane (Daryl) Stratton and Carol French, along with many nephews and nieces.

Marlene was a graduate of Savona Central School and Corning Community College, majoring in business administration. She was last employed at the Bath Veterans Administration Center.

More than anything, Marlene loved her family. Her "boys" were her pride and joy. Her favorite expression was always "Love you whole bunches" and never said goodbye without first saying this to her family. Marlene loved the Lord and always carried a strong faith in her heart, always keeping loved ones in her prayers and feeling blessed for the life and love she was given, while on this earth.

In lieu of funeral arrangements, the family will have a Memorial Service at a later time.
