Melvin L. Hann passed away April 4, 2026. He was the son of Alfred and Lela Hann.
He is predeceased by his wife Virginia (Sheon) Hann. daughter Kathryn, grandson Zachary, his siblings Leora Parulski, Alonzo Hann and Margaret Jessup.
He is survived by his daughter Nancy (Daniel) Scott, son D. Michael (Cherie) Hann; grandchildren, Peggy Sue (Derrick) English, Robert Knowles, Joshua Poplaski, Shirlyn (Owen) Cervoni, Amanda (Josh) Wakeman, Thomas (Terra) Thorpe, Michael (Eve) Hann, Megan (Josh) Oneal, Jacob (Jackie) Hann and Caleb Hann. Many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was a life member of Towlesville Grange, Masons and Eastern Stars. Square dance caller for many years. Bath Town Councilman and Town Supervisor while running the family farm.
At his request there will be no calling hours.
