Monica R. Smith

Monica R. Smith, age 57, of Hammondsport, NY died Thursday, April 4, 2019 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY.
She was the loving wife of James E. Smith for 32 years. She is also survived by her son Charlie Conklin, father Richard J. Conklin, brother James R. Conklin, sister, Joan E. Conklin, niece Rose Brooks, great niece Dominique Clark and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Monica enjoyed doing arts and crafts. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She loved spending time with children and especially her nieces and great nieces.
She was predeceased by her mother Lorena Conklin and sisters Theresa Conklin and Mary Ann Smith.
Family and friends are invited to call at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 12:00-1:00 pm. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
