Nellie E. Hyer

Nellie E. Hyer, age 86, of Bath, NY, died Monday, July 14, 2014 at home.
She was born May 20, 1928 in Savona, NY the daughter of William and Ora (Moss) Seager.
Mrs. Hyer worked in Quality Control at Philips Lighting in Bath and retired from there.
She was a member of the Harvest Baptist Church in Bath.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her two sons, Robert L. Sr.(Bonnie) Hyer of Bath, NY and William M.(Pauline) Hyer of Conrad, NH, four grandchildren, Robert Jr., Nicholas, Shawn and Bobbi Jo, three step grandchildren, Mark, Melissa and Michelle, seven great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband William C. Hyer; four brothers, Erv, Joseph, Leon and David Seager and two sisters, Jean Robards and Liza Baker.
Friends may call on Saturday July 19, 2014 from 11:00 am-1:00pm at Fagan's Funeral
Home, 31 West Morris St., Bath, NY. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Alan Lindmark officiating.
Burial will be in the Mitchellesville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Harvest Baptist Church, 7568 State Route 54, Bath, NY 14810.
