Pauline S. Coots

Pauline Sherwood Coots, age 90, formerly of Bath, NY died January 12, 2023 in Hornell, NY. She was born April 5, 1932, in Wheeler, NY the daughter of Daniel and Florence (Foster) Sherwood. She was a Davenport Home girl and had many cherished friends from there. Polly retired from the Veterans Administration. She was predeceased by her sons Calvin "Skip" Coots Jr. and Dennis Coots, husband Eugene Lodge, brother Bill (Joyce) Sherwood, sister Genevieve, infant granddaughter Aimee Rose Coots, and father of her children Calvin "Curt" Coots Sr. She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Kathryn) Coots and Steve (Kathleen) Coots; grandchildren, Tracy (Joseph) Wallace, Nicole (Tony) Grodis, Dan (Mel) Coots, Sherry (David) Hutchess, Jennifer (Bill) Davis, Sabrina (Christopher) Elliott, Allen (Samantha) Coots, Adam (Cori) Coots and Amanda (Ryan) Ratchford; many great grandchildren, her brother Bob (Betty) Sherwood and daughter-in-law, Paula Coots At her request services will be held privately for the family.
