Phyllis Muller Nielsen, age 85, of Bath, New York died Monday, March 18, 2013 at the Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.
She was born in Bath July 30, 1927, the daughter of Frank Sr. and Susan Ryan Muller.
Phyllis was the Superintendant Secretary at Haverling Central School in Bath for over 25 years and she was a clerk for the Board of Education at Haverling. She was a member of the Eastern Stars and an avid volunteer with the Republican Party.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years Ronald Nielsen of Bath, daughter Susan and her husband Byron Nickerson and their children Drew and his wife Karen Nickerson and Page and her husband Matthew Adams; son, Scott and his wife Helen Nielsen and their twin sons, Alex and Christopher Nielsen; brother, George and Pat Muller of Bath, sister Betty Hopkins and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Frank Jr. Turk' Muller, Frederick Muller and Charles Muller
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Bath with Reverend J. Brad Benson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, if you wish, memorial donations in Phyllis's name may be made to the St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 122 Liberty Street, Bath, NY 14810.
