Roger A. Bulkley Roger A. Bulkley, 54, of Savona, NY passed away unexpectedly at home November 11, 2015. Roger was born on February 1, 1961 to Vern and Dorothy Bulkley. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He was a supporter of the NRA and a strong advocate for gun rights. Roger worked for 25 years at Philips Lighting in Bath, NY and was a retired Product Group Specialist, as well as previously working as an electrician, auto mechanic, and running his own deer processing business. Roger was a member of Grace Bible Baptist Church in Bath, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Vern Bulkley. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Stoel-Bulkley of Beaver Dams, NY, his mother Dorothy Bulkley of Bath, NY and his daughter, Desiree (Steven Shoemaker II) Bulkley of Savona, NY. Step-children Luke (Amy) Stoel of Ithaca, NY; Ben, Austin & Laura Stoel of Trumansburg, NY; Caleb and Joshua Stoel of Elmira, NY; Schuyler Stoel of Enfield, NY; Rebecca Stoel of Beaver Dams, NY; and Sean Stoel of West New York, NJ. Grandchildren Dakota Wakeman of Campbell NY; Haven Wakeman of Savona, NY; Dawson Shoemaker of Savona, NY; and Aidan, Covan, and Rylan Stoel of Ithaca, NY. One brother Daniel (Theresa) Bulkley of Cheyenne, WY and one sister Kathy (Jim) Brimmer of Savona, NY. Special aunts Evie Bulkley of Savona, NY and Carol Lewis of Savona, NY. Close friends Mike Russell of Bath, NY and David Sweet of Savona, NY and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Calling hours are November 18, 2015 from 12 to 2 at Fagans Funeral Home in Bath, NY with funeral services immediately following. Burial at Seamans Cemetery, Savona, NY.
