Theodore J. Kellogg

June 25, 1958 — November 21, 2014

Ted (Theodore) Kellogg, age 56, of Bath, NY passed away Friday, November 20, 2014. He was born June 25, 1958 in Wierton, W. VA to Ted and Elizabeth (Mull) Kellogg . He was raised in the Odessa/Montour Falls, NY area and graduated from the Odessa- Montour Falls High School in 1976.
He worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Xerox Corporation (11 yrs) and earned his Masters from RIT in Mechanical Engineering. He went on to work for Corning, Inc. for 6 yrs. He returned to school and received his Masters in Teacher Education in 2008 from Potsdam State.
He taught at the St Lawrence-Lewis BOCES for Pre-Engineering (2yrs) and presently the Greater Southern Tier BOCES as a New Visions Teacher in Pre-Engineering; now called Innovation, Leadership and Business.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Bonnie (Fullmer) Kellogg, daughter, Caitlyn Kellogg and son, Michael Kellogg; Mother, Elizabeth Kellogg and siblings, Cheryl (Bill) VanNordstrand of Fulton, NY and Paul Kellogg of Weirton, WV; Half-brothers, Clint (Holly)Kellogg and Shannon (Jennifer)Kellogg
and step-mother, Carol Kellogg all of Burdett, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Theodore Kellogg,
Friends and relatives are invited to call on Tuesday November 25th, 1-3 and 7-9pm at Bath Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday at 10am, also at the church; burial at Nondaga Cemetery in Bath, NY. Donations can be made to the GST BOCES, Elmira, NY where a scholarship will be established for a New Vision's graduate in honor of Ted.
