Thomas H. Dale

Thomas Dale (Tommy) passed away at age 74 on May 5th 2024 after a long illness. He lived in Atlanta N.Y. and was lovingly cared for by Barb Savoia and family. He was born in Elmira N.Y. to Thomas Dale and Patricia Dale November 30th 1949. He is preceded in death by two sisters Elaine (Keller) Stone and Peggy Foy and a brother Daniel Dale. He is survived by a daughter Deanna,3 grandchildren two sisters Terry(George) Kunich and Patti (John) Syracuse and many nieces and nephews. Tommy served in the U.S.Army and performed active duty in the Vietnam war where he received a purple heart, A silver star and a Bronze Star. Before his illness he enjoyed hunting and fishing and hanging out with friends over a few beers. Tommy had a great sense of humor and didnt take life to seriously. During his illness he enjoyed the comfort and companion of his cat Mosley and visits from family and friends. He will be sorely missed. A Graveside Service with millitary honors will be held on Wednesday May 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bath National Cemetery, Bath, NY.
