Walter Clair Flynn, of Kanona, NY died
Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the Ira Davenport
Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 16, 1931 to the late Christine M. and Charles T. Flynn.
He was predeceased by his brothers Merle and Charles Flynn.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn, brother, Russell (Judy) Flynn of Bellefonte, PA, his wonderful son, Tim Flynn of Addison, NY, wonderful stepson, Billy and Bevie Covell of Howard, NY.
He also had a special place in his heart for brothers and sisters-in-law, Calvin and Sharon Clark of Howard, NY and Frank and Karen Helm of Bath.
Three "Great" grandkids, Betsy Flynn and Courtney and Timmer Covell.
Walt retired from Rural Electric as a Manager.
He was a lifetime member of the Bath Elks Club 1547 and a member of the Charles E. Wescott American Legion Post 173.
At Walt's request there will be no services.
Burial will be in the Bath National Cemetery.
