Fagan's Inc. Funeral Home at 31 West Morris Street in Bath, NY has served the area for 101 years. In 1924, James Arthur Fagan established the business. In 1939 he was joined in the business by his son, Bernard John Fagan. In 1962 they were joined by the third generation, James Michael Fagan. In 1985, continuing into the fourth generation, Neil Michael Fagan worked until his retirement in 2024, and since 1994, Suzanne Louise Fagan, who is continuing the tradition of excellence and care long associated with our funeral home, is the managing licensed funeral director.
